STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK AT NEW PALTZ New Paltz has been an active participant in international education for over 100 years and has achieved national recognition for their special approaches to international education. Today, New Paltz leads in attracting international students, with more than 400 students from over 40 foreign countries enrolled. Students are able to choose from nearly 100 undergraduate and 50 graduate programs. The Haggerty Institute of English-as-a-Second Language offers both extended and intensive training to students in need of English tutorials.
