The Summit & Expo 2017 is expected to have more applicants for participation than it can accommodate. Registration for participation in the Summit & Expo will be on a “first come, first served” basis, and will be stopped upon reaching targeted number. A few speaker slots are available on a highly selective basis. The length of presentation should not exceed 2000 words (Four A4 Pages). Presentation should be submitted as PDF document containing the full text in camera ready form at the earliest but not later than one month in advance of the event. Each selected speaker will be given Speaker Certificate and the presentation will be posted on the event’s website. A large number of high quality presentations are expected to be received and it will not be possible to accommodate each and every presentation received as podium presentation. Cost of each speaker slot is only INR 10,000 up to March 31, 2017 after which it would be INR 15,000. Those applying for speaker slot need not pay delegate fee.
Each Table space is around 15 sq. feet with a table and chairs. The cost of each table space is only INR 15,000 per city up to March 31, 2017, after which it would be INR 20,000 per city. Participants will be given the following benefits per each Table space booked:
There is no prescribed pro-forma for nominations. Self-nomination is permitted. All nominations must reach the Indus Foundation by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after registration. The Indus Foundation reserves the right to select awardees. Decisions of the experts of the Foundation will be final and binding. Award winners will be notified by e-mail after the selections are made.
The Souvenir will contain information related to Higher Education along with the names and addresses of foreign participants, sponsors, and exhibitors. The Souvenir will also contain details of the specific areas of interest of the foreign universities and Sponsors with regard to academic collaborations. The Souvenir will be distributed widely amongst participants, educational institutions, invitees, advertisers, governmental organizations, corporations, and others. Indian institutions, corporations and organizations may take advantage of the Summit & Expo by advertising in the Souvenir as part of their promotion for maximizing their exposure. The Souvenir will have offset printing in A4 size - Width 18 cm; Height 25 cm. The advertisement tariff for Full page in color is INR 10,000 up to March 31, 2017, after which it would be INR 12,000.
The literature of the participating institution / organization will be distributed to all participants of the event. The cost will be only INR 10,000 up to March 31, 2017, after which it would be INR 15,000.
Branding with the logo of the participating institution / organization on the stage back-drop and event’s website can be done at a cost of only INR 15,000 up to March 31, 2017 after which it would be INR 20,000.
Special Branding with the logo of the participating institution / organization on the print materials, lapel badges and carrier bags can be done at a cost of only INR 25,000 up to March 31, 2017 after which it would be INR 30,000.
